Trekking in Essaouira: A week’s trek in Morocco Essaouira, a coastal trek with a wide variety of atmospheres and landscapes. Discover the great beaches, dunes, terraced crops, Berber villages, plateaus of argan trees, this unique tree which is the second richness of this region after the sea.

Day 01 :

Marrakech - Tillit - Imerditsene

Depart Marrakech for Essaouira, lunch on the road, then take the Agadir road to Tillilt, where you will meet the camel drivers and their camels. Hike to the village of Imerditsene, a 4-hour transfer and an hour-and-a-half walk facing the ocean.

Day 02 :

Imerditsene - Tafdna

We follow the coastline from one fishing village to the next until we reach Tafdna, where we can swim, depending on the weather. Bivouac in the heart of the dunes in the Tafdna cirque.

Day 03 :

Tafdna - Djebel Igzoulne - Sidi Ahmed Sayhe

Hike through the Igzoulne mountain covered in argan trees. Breathtaking view of the ocean and the white village of Tafdna. Discover wild coves and leave for the village of Sidi Ahmed Sayhe.

Day 04 :

Sidi Ahmed Sahh - Sidi M'Bark

Walk along the ocean and its impressive high cliffs to the marabout of Sidi Mbarek. Relaxation and swimming. Be careful when swimming, as the Atlantic beaches here are almost deserted. Bivouac in Sidi M'Barek.

Day 05 :

Sidi M'Bark - Sidi Kaouki - Cap Sim

Heading due north from the beach, we climb back up to the marabout of Sidi Kaouki and Cape Sim. Free afternoon and overnight in a guest house.

Day 06 :

Sidi Kaouki - Essaouira - Marrakech

Transfer to Essaouira. Free time to visit the town and return to Marrakech.
